Mr Premchand Soman holds a Masters Degree in Law and oversees the Corporation's commercial litigation, crime, accident and construction briefs. His experience in strategising and extensive knowledge of the law has helped many clients obtain good compensation for losses suffered by them in their businesses or person. He is now handling a fair number of large and small-scale construction cases, including defective renovation works for and against renovation contractors.

Mr Colin Kang is the Managing Director of the Corporation and was the first lawyer from his cohort to begin his own practice, in partnership.
